The Interest Rate Spread Between The 15-Year Fixed And 30-Year Fixed Is Huge

Tue, 03/30/2010 - 04:03

The 0.65% interest rate spread between comparable 15-year and 30-year fixed rate mortgages is the largest it's been in over 5 years.
